Return and Refund Policy – Primemartpk

At Primemartpk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to have a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Your request may be eligible for a return or replacement after review.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging, where applicable. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable restrictions.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and any relevant packaging details. We will review your request and advise you on the next steps.

3. Refunds

Once your return or complaint has been reviewed and approved, we will inform you of the refund or replacement process. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible, or through another mutually agreed method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery due to customer handling, or returned without prior approval may not qualify for a refund or replacement, subject to applicable law.
